Program Overview
Award funding of $3,000 is available annually to undergraduate or graduate students registered full-time in the Faculty of Environment who have presented an outstanding proposal in the Jack Rosen Memorial Award for Environmental Innovation competition. The top ten teams will be offered a professionally facilitated workshop prior to the competition that will coach them on the elements of a strong business case and successful pitch.

The social impact fund was established in 2014 by St. Paul’s University College to support the testing and development of early-stage, ideas from GreenHouse Innovators.
The Social Impact Fund (SIF) was established in 2014 by donors from the St. Paul’s University College community. The SIF is used to support GreenHouse students in advancing their ideas into action. As a donor, your contributions support students with the resources they need to build and test prototypes with stakeholders as the progress towards validating their solutions and launching their ventures.
The recipients of the SIF are celebrated 3 times a year at the Social Impact Showcase.
